We use your information only to provide our services, schedule and manage appointments, respond to your questions, process donations, and report general program results to funders. Reports to funders use combined totals, not individual names.

Text Messaging and Mobile Information

When you sign up for text messages, we collect your mobile number and the information you give us on our intake form. We use it only to schedule and manage your pantry appointments and to contact you about our services.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We share information only with service providers who help us send messages and run our systems, and only as needed to provide those services.

How we protect your information

We limit access to your information to staff and volunteers who need it to serve you, and we use secure systems to store it.

Donations

Online donations are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store your card or bank details.
