Recovery Road Text Message Terms

Recovery Road Inc. sends text messages to help clients request and manage food pantry appointments.

What you’ll receive: a link to our intake form, appointment confirmations and reminders, notices when an appointment opens up, and updates about pantry hours. We do not send marketing messages.

How you sign up: by texting our pantry line at (714) 723-9711, checking the consent box on our online intake form, or giving verbal consent to a Recovery Road volunteer by phone.

How often: message frequency varies based on your appointments, usually a few messages per visit.

Cost: message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan. Recovery Road does not charge for text messages.

How to stop: reply STOP at any time. You’ll receive one final message confirming you’ve been unsubscribed. Reply START to sign up again.
